Description
The Mailbox – Webmail based e-mail client module for Perfex CRM allows staff members to manage their IMAP accounts’ emails within their dashboard. The module requires an IMAP account that accepts connections over SSL/TLS from a third-party app, a cronjob set up correctly, and an IMAP-based account. It views and responds to all incoming emails within Perfex, stores sent emails in its ‘Sent’ folder, and uses Perfex’s outgoing email settings. The module has no control over the IMAP server and uses the staff member’s email address for login to the IMAP server. It takes only a few seconds to install and activate, and support is available through the support area.
