Defending champion Jannik Sinner defeated Alexander Zverev in the final, 6–3, 7–6(7–4), 6–3 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2025 Australian Open. It was his second Australian Open title and third major title overall. Sinner was the youngest man to defend the title since Jim Courier in 1993, and the youngest to defend their first major title since Rafael Nadal at the 2006 French Open.
