The 2023 NXT Deadline was a professional wrestling event produced by WWE. It was the second annual Deadline held for the promotion's developmental brand NXT. The event took place on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at the Total Mortgage Arena in Bridgeport, Connecticut and aired via WWE's livestreaming platforms. The event is based around the Iron Survivor Challenge for men and women, a 25-minute five-person match in which a wrestler attempts to score the most falls in order to win and earn a match for the NXT Championship and NXT Women's Championship, respectively. This was the last WWE event to involve Vince McMahon or any other member of the McMahon family at any capacity before his resignation as chairman of TKO Group Holdings the next month due to the sex trafficking scandal involving a former WWE employee.
